The arrival of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 has brought James Gunn’s Marvel adventures to a close, and completed his trilogy of MCU movies in an emotional and franchise changing finale. While the story of the Guardians always seemed to have Chris Pratt’s Peter Quill aka Star-Lord as its driving force, the final installment has turned that on its head and rerouted the whole thing to focus on another character from the group; Rocket Raccoon.
