Despite a question mark hanging over Jim Carrey’s return to the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise’s third outing, Paramount Pictures’ CinemaCon panel has finally confirmed that the much-loved actor will be back as Dr Robotnik in the latest addition to the popular video game franchise. Sonic the Hedgehog 3 will be released in theaters this Christmas, and now it looks like the whole gang, and more, will be coming along for the ride.
