Romy and Michele's High School Reunion is a cult classic comedy that has had fans calling for a sequel for years. Released in 1997, the film did modest business at the box office but gained even more life when it hit home video. A sequel has been rumored for years, but the possibility of one actually happening was given a huge boost in 2022 when it was revealed that development had begun on the project. News has pretty much been scarce since then as to its official movement, but one half of the reunion duo, Lisa Kudrow, has revealed that she has seen the script, but it's a matter of when it will go into production.
